In such cases, customers will be advised to trial the full Mila Foy Hair Growth System, as single-product use may not be sufficient for certain conditions.

  • Consultation Requirement: If results are not visible after correct and consistent use, a video or written consultation with our specialists is required. This allows our team to assess application technique, frequency, underlying factors, and suitability.

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted where our team verifies that:

    1. The product was used correctly and consistently;

    2. External factors did not interfere with results;

    3. The user has completed the required documentation and consultation;

    4. No improvement was observed despite adherence to protocol.

Due to the biological nature of hair and skin, insufficient evidence, inconsistent usage, missing weekly photos, or refusal to complete the consultation will automatically render the refund request ineligible.
